On October 14th your painter Richard came to my flat to redecorate my bathroom of which he did an excellent job.
I want to commend him for being the first workman who has come from the council to do some work in the flat who stayed with the job until it was his time to finish for the day, not like other firms employees who are in and out beyond all reason, and also on their mobile phones with personal calls.
He had a rotten time getting past papers off the wall which was very much hampered with the heat that is in the bathroom which comes from the hot water pipes that are under the bath but he stuck with it until it was all off .
